City Manager

Tiffany Fell became Clarksburg's latest City Manager on June 12, 2023.

The City Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer in Clarksburg’s Council-Manager form of Government. As the Chief Administrative Officer, the City Manager is responsible for carrying out policy enacted by the Council, overseeing the administration of the City, and maintaining inter-governmental relationship.
