Citation assessments can be obtained by calling 304-624-1610. Please enter ALL citation payments under POLICE DEPARTMENT PAYMENTS.
The Fire Service Protection Ordinance requires assessment of a 10% late payment penalty on all charges not paid within 30 days of the bill issuance date.
This section of our site was created to give customers the opportunity to make payments online.
Failure to remit a payment within 7 days will result in an assessment of a non-waivable penalty of $5 per ticket.
