Traffic Alert: Work Areas/Street Closures for 03/19/2026

The City of Clarksburg and its utility partners will be performing essential infrastructure upgrades throughout several areas on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

Please review the affected locations below and plan accordingly. Work areas are subject to change.

North View-

Hamill Ave closed from 21st to 23rd.

Williams Ave closed from 21st to 23rd.

22nd Street closed from Hamill Ave to Williams Ave.

Hamill Ave closed from 15th to 17th for trench paving.

Stealey-  Woodland Ave closed from Ash Ave to Joseph St.

Joseph St closed from  Woodland Ave to Duff Street. Hemsworth Way closed at Pick Street.

CWB Downtown-

3rd Street closed from Main St to Pike St. 

Traders Alley closed from Jackson Square to 3rd Street. 

Traffic leaving Jackson Square to 4th St via flaggers.

6th Street closed from Hewes Ave to West Pike Street. 

CSB Downtown -

Chestnut Street closed from West Main St to Washington Ave.

West Main and West Pike closed in sections from McDonald's to Chestnut Street for trench paving.
