Traffic Alert: Work Areas/Street Closures for 02/24/2026

The City of Clarksburg and its utility partners will be performing essential infrastructure upgrades throughout several areas on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Please review the affected locations below and plan accordingly. Work areas are subject to change.

-18th Street closed from Horkheimer Ave to Hamill Ave.

-19th closed from Hamill Ave to Williams Ave. 

-Williams Ave closed from 19th-17th, detours in place.

-Temple Terrace, Rodney St. and Ryder Ave one lane.

-Alley off Euclid Ave, between Euclid Ave and Coolidge St closed.

-Ash Ave closed from Coolidge St to Woodland Ave. 

-Woodland Ave closed from Coolidge St to Euclid Ave.

-Chestnut Street closed from Main St to Washington Ave.

-Chestnut Street one lane from Pike St to Main St.

-West Pike Street one lane from Peck Street to O'Reilly's.

Hope Gas Contractor:

-Monticello off of S Main st

-South lane of W Pike St between first & second

-Crew on Sycamore (possible closure/will keep open if possible)

-East Main & Park intersection 

-continuing to pour previous sidewalk addresses

-Crew on Eb Saunders South of Lee Ave

-Crew on Monticello
