The Clarksburg Police Departments Records Division is responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of the department’s records involving its activities. These include: criminal case records, arrest records, accident reports, citations and other records that are maintained per State and Federal statutes.  The Records Department consists of 2 Record Clerks and 1 Administrative Supervisor who oversees the Record Department and civilian support staff, this department is open 5 days per week from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM except for weekends and holidays.
