1. Board of Building Code Appeals

Any person shall have the right to appeal a decision of the code official to the Code Appeals Board.

1. Board of Health

   All appointments made to this Department by Council shall for terms to begin on July 1 of the year of the appointment.

2. Centra Board

   Centra's Mission is to provide the public with safe, dependable, courteous and affordable transportation.

3. Clarksburg Development Authority

   The Clarksburg Development Authority was created to promote, develop and advance the business prosperity and economic welfare of Clarksburg, its citizens and its industrial complex.

4. Fire Service Fee Appeals

   The owner, occupier or lessee of any such building or structure feeling aggrieved by a charge or fee for fie protection service may protest the same by giving written notice to the City Clerk setting forth his/her objection on or before thirty-five days after the billing date.

5. Clarksburg Visitors Bureau

   The Greater Clarksburg Convention & Visitors Bureau is designed to increase the level of tourism in the greater Clarksburg area and was formed to serve as the leader of local tourism development efforts to facilitate activities designed to further enhance tourism.

6. Housing Authority

   All appointments made to this Authority by Council shall be for terms to begin on December 1 of the year of the appointment.

7. Land Reuse Agency

   The Clarksburg Land Reuse Agency (LRA) promotes the productive use of property by identifying available properties suitable for public space, housing, commercial uses, industrial uses, or for general preservation, and pursuing the acquisition, management, inventory, and disposition of those properties according to the priorities established by ordinance.
