  1. American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Funding (ARPA)

    Federal legislation related to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic is providing the City of Clarksburg with funding through two years. Funding is required to be determined and allocated by December 31, 2024 and spend by by December 31, 2026. The City of Clarksburg will be receiving a total of $6,340,000.00 as of August 27, 2021.

    Clarksburg has a number of tax credits & incentives to help businesses realize a benefit to locating or investing in the City of Clarksburg
